  Brought it a few signed jerseys and a few cards to be looked at. Jerseys are authenticated already and so is the card I brought in. The employee I spoke with was a gentleman with glasses. Wasn’t very interested in what I had to show/offer, was stand offish and decided to continue to sleeve cards as I was trying to get an honest opinion on what I had to show/offer. Won’t be stopping back in at this shop again. Not a pleasant experience felt like more of a burden to his time rather than an actual collector/customer.

  My son went in to find out the process of selling sports cards that he inherited from a family member. The owner Andreas immediately was rude and disrespectful. The sports cards were in a shoebox, and he opened them up and said “you must not care about these cards and this must be the way your room looks.” Inappropriate disrespectful would not recommend doing any kind of Business with this entity. I called to express my frustration and the owner tried to act dumb like he didn’t know what I was talking about and if I had the correct person, I then reiterated the comment And then he acknowledge

  Don't listen to Charlie everyone that knows what they're talking about knows this is the best place for sports cards. Everyone knows the "error" cards of the 90s are worth pennies Charlie doesnt know the hobby. I am thinking about moving to the area just so I don't have to commute there. Thank you for giving everyone a great store to enjoy the hobby at.

  Walked in and wasn't acknowledged. Two adults, a teen and two kids in the store. Stood at the register for awhile before being "helped" by the teen. Purchased a few cards and asked for some of ours to be looked at. He flipped through them very quickly and basically said they were junk and offered 5 bucks. Some were error print cards with possible 4 and 5 figure values based on previous sales. I know you're not getting market value from a reseller but they didn't even care.

  Treats me and kids well when we stop in before karate. The older gentleman behind the counter asks them questions about karate and usually gives them a sample pack of a sport to try to get them interested in something besides Pokemon. Watches me break WNBA cards and lets me know what the good ones are and gives insight on cards I should grade. Even suggested other shops that would submit them for me.

  If your looking for dissatisfaction. This is the card shop for you. As soon as I walked in I didn't feel great but I still looked around. It was OVER-PRICED 5-10 times market value. On most things. I left within 5 minutes. I was very disappointed as I was looking for a good card shop in Iowa. This place could get better. But the pricing really needs work. I give it a 1 star 🌟

  This is a great shop. Always had friendly service. Seems like to me the bad reviews are card sharks trying to make money. This is a shop, they need to make money too. If you're not happy with the deals maybe you should start your own shop? Anyway, my son started to get into cards. We are not collectors or pros or anything out to make a buck or score some amazing deal. We just buy some cheap cards occasionally and enjoy doing so.
