The Toy Factory is tucked away inside a quaint interior thoroughfare and has a great selection of card games/paraphernalia (and what looks like a welcoming space for play, though I didn't have the chance on this visit!) John is very friendly and helpful, and I look forward to coming back for future releases.

  Stopped in with my daughter on Saturday to pick some cards up for my husband. The owner is so friendly, and we had a great experience. Went back on Sunday with my husband and had another great experience. This is now definitely our shop of choice.

  Took my son to see if they were interested in buying cards from us . My son was excited to sell his cards. They greated us when we go there they asked my son what he needed. My son replied I was trying to sell some cards and guy behind the counter said 'not interested' terrible customer service. My son was crushed. There is a million ways this could have been said.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience. I was informed that the event was full and was consequently turned away. However, shortly after, multiple other individuals were admitted. This inconsistency was frustrating and unfair, especially as I had made the effort to followed all expected protocols.

  Drove here from Burlington for MH3 Pre-Release. Easy 5-Star experience. Atmosphere, customer service, prices, and amenities are all on point and are the fairest for 50 miles. I highly recommend playing your Magic here.

  Wonderful game shop focused on competitive trading card games. The community is great--clearly as a result of the owner working hard to cultivate an atmosphere that suits competitive folks as well as welcoming newcomers. No alcohol. Clean bathrooms. Spend some time there and everyone will know your name.

  Great place for trading and collectible card games and accessories! The owner, John, is great and they have a good selection of dice, sleeves, binders, playmats, deck boxes, and sealed product for most games. They also stock some singles and host weekly tournaments, as well as some larger events.
