  Did NOT have a good experience. Would be a 1 star if not for two cool people. The website is rubbish. One person in particular should not be employed by U of M. She had zero customer service ability, did not give her name (typical). Will NOT be back. Feel free to contact me for details

  The bookstore has Tiger phone covers for $5.00! The wonderful employee at the door said, " You better try and see if it fits." She helped me try 2 different ones. She didn't have to help or be kind. She just was! I love my phone cover.

  Today I went in looking for a specific kind of jacket. After looking the sales floor over, I asked for help. Barbara went above and beyond yo help me find the jacket I needed in the back inventory, and she did so with a smile. To make the deal even sweeter the jacket that I needed was on clearance. So the price was sweet too. Thanks Barbara!
