  They are not buying Pokemon cards. Don’t fall for their Facebook posts. I took $4000 worth of cards and they offered me $1000. They said Japanese cards don’t sell when I sold 2 Japanese cards in their store they didn’t have to a random customer from my binder. I told them that I sold two Japanese cards in their shop and they said they know but Japanese doesn’t sell. 🤷 That said when I asked them to come up from $1000 to $1500 they said they have no money and wouldn’t want to come up any higher because they have to sell them within 30 days rather than holding onto them.   My Fiance and I love this place. Have only been there several times but we always try to stop by when we are in the area. It's been super hard to find the newer pokemon sets & he came through with the most recent set for close to MSRP. Like who does that anymore? You've earned 2 loyal customers.

  I like that they always have a lot of stock in pokemon and one piece here definitely on the high side but the staff here is terrible. They don’t get out of the chair when you walk in, you’re lucky if they even greet you. They don’t know the prices of the items in their store, there is so much product behind the shelves but so much empty space on the walls so you’re definitely overlooking some stuff. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. The few young boys who work here need more training in customer service. Some cards have prices with prices written over them so you don’t know what the

  I've made 2 visits here for pokemon cards so far and have not been disappointed. Good selection of etb's and booster boxes. Interesting and valuable selection of singles. A little hard to notice the store, but the shopping center is easy to get in and out of.
