  I went in to shop for cars for my sons birthday . There was an older Hispanic heavyset female that followed us around the store . She was on a call with someone on FaceTime so unprofessional. Again she came to ask us several times if we need help. My son was trying out the power wheels as the lady asks us once again if we need help I told her no I'm just shopping around she told us to leave . So disgusting and rude . Never go there All the toys look old and super cheap and super over priced . Idk why they store is even open for business.

  Very rude older lady ,I asked to see a couple of power wheel cars for my son, once I seen the first one and just because I didn't go with first car, she really rude says here a business card have a nice day, my wife said that was rude, didn't think of it, but then when I asked to see a second car she very rude says "are you going to buy it??" So i told her off and said not with that attitude , i was going to buy it too. So she basically lost a $400 sale cause of her lame attitude problem.   Cheap swapmeet toys that are over priced. Purchased the 3 wheel quad, the lady gave me assurance that if the battery went out there's a warranty. Stapled card to receipt & on my way. Well yup you guessed it! Quad battery stop taking charge within 8 months of purchase. With saved receipt w/ her writing and all, she had no recollection of stating any warranty! When a business is knowingly dishonest like this, desperate for a dollar, its the reason why we shop Amazon and big chains rather then small local businesses that are borderline theifs.

  NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! They don’t last! Paid almost $400 for my daughters car and the battery stopped working within the year. You will not get a refund or exchange. Tried to replace the battery and it was a headache trying to communicate with the owner. Skip.. move it along... use your money elsewhere.

  THIS PLACE IS EPIC❗️ My kids have ALLOT of cool things thanks to this place❗️ Bb guns that look and feel real so my son can practice his shooting, cool swords and all kinds of AMAZING Pokemon and Anime figurines and merch. I drive all the way from Long Beach because this is the only place we can really find this stuff. This place is the BEST❗️

  Bought 2 pokemon set for kids get home find out there 27 dollars each on Amazon there price 54dollars each ask the lady can you do it for 100 she was like no really can't! Robbery! Over priced don't buy from them .... if I could score them - 0 I would!!
