The owner was and still is always so helpful. he showed my husband and I how to sign up for future release events and even the local tournaments that take place weekly all over Fresno.   Everyone there is super helpful and they always sell at msrp. The owner and workers are friendly and answer all questions asked in a friendly manner and are always willing to help out. I have never felt more welcomed by a pokemon tcg store. Got the new phantasmal flames ETB for msrp, compared to other places. Love it here. Definitely my favorite tcg store and will definitely be back.

  I went in to this shop and ask if they had any One Piece. They told me no. Not even singles. As I'm walking out I turn around and they turn around a box of OP12 from their shelves I guess they were hiding. Then proceeded to say we could sell you a couple. I also saw they had an open box of OP13 that was turn around so you couldn't see it. Which they told me it wasn't for sell. Overall they made me feel like I was so unwelcome. Also they had left over OP14 pre release packs and when I ask when the event was they just said it has a cap. A cap? Is the cap been reached? Never going back. Shady loc

  Fantastic store ! I've been going for years and without a doubt have had great experiences through events / purchases.
