I came in trying to surprise my son for his 14th birthday with a card of his favorite player...except, I asked for “Anthony Poole" (Clearly I'm a sports mom, but don't know sports). Chad, with a big smile, gently figured out I meant Jordan Poole, and from there, he was phenomenal !!! He helped me find two perfect cards that are going to knock my son’s socks off!
