  Just started getting into collecting and I made them aware of that. I asked so many questions upon where to start. And this is what I was recommended. I was unaware they were charging $95 over msrp! I couldve paid less at gamestop, and they are the kings of gouging! I feel taken advantage of honestly. I won't be back. They couldve gained a long term customer as it was my first time in the store but instead they'd rather have the quick $95 instead of my loyalty.

  My first time in the store was today. I came looking to sift through bulk and to look at singles. Was pleased to find their bulk prices are fantastic and their sealed product seems to be priced fairly. Some things were much cheaper than anywhere else that I’d seen them and has me considering actually getting product that I’ve opted to not get.   Lied about pre-order allocations (there was a literal 'progress bar' for how much inventory they had available, if not for this I would not have done business with them), then refused to refund the membership cost I attempted to cancel. I canceled through their website, it auto-renewed anyway and I'm being told it's "impossible" to refund even though I contacted them immediately upon seeing the charge.   Pre-order made over four months ago (Aug). The products released in November and early December. Nothing delivered or shipped, zero communication from the company about a delay. The purpose of pre ordering is to get the product near its release and to guarantee a copy. They failed in all aspects by taking pre-orders that they could not fulfill, and then refusing to reach out and admit they weren't able to. I ended up having to cancel my order and another company got it shipped out same day.

  So far, customer experience has been more disappointing than anything. The positive is that this store sells stuff at MSRP, which is really cool for the locals. However, I purchased their membership because they had told me via message that a pre-order was going to open up any day that I was super interested in and I'd have early access. Three months later, $10 per month, multiple messages to verify it was coming soon, and no pre-orders opened up.   I have pre ordered One Piece TCG from this shop many times for a few years now and have had no issues. I did order the PRB02 6 months or so ago and it got cancelled but that seemed to be out of their hands. Luckily I had preordered from other shops as well. I do not put all my eggs in the same basket. But overall WULF gaming ships fast and is a trusted place to order. I wish market prices were back to where it was when One Piece TCG first started but I respect the hustle and glad its picking up in popularity.

  I placed a pre-order for 10 boxes of One Piece PRB02 back on 2/23. Product release date is 10/3. This was before looking at their reviews. I reached out to cancel then but they had a 15% cancellation fee, which in itself is a scam. Fast forward until now, they sent an email saying that the pre-order can’t be fulfilled and fully refunded me. We all know what this means - the product is above MSRP/pre-order prices.   I WILL ADJUST/CHANGE RATING IF SUBSCRIPTION "REQUIREMENT" IS REMOVED FROM NEW RELEASE DAYS (because normally I would leave Wulf 5 stars). My only big, new, negative feedback is thus: "forcing" people to buy the $9.99 per month subscription to have the hopes a getting a new release is a huge disappointment to loyal customers.
