Enjoyed going through the eclectic mix of toys old and new, and the prices seemed quite reasonable. Had no issues with the customer service, both people I talked to were very pleasant. Apparently the store is under new ownership since the last time I went, hope they find success!

Drove 2 hours after checking the store hours for Saturday, May 31st (opening at 11:00am). Arrived at the store on 5/31 at 11:50am - it is locked and closed. Hours posted on the shop door say opening at 11:00am. Looks like a great store from the outside, but far too many comments on “I arrived and the store was closed”. Not a way to run a business - disrespectful to customers. I will not be back - not caring about reliability and service. They fail miserably at both. Unbelievably disappointed.

Young lady working the counter spent ten minutes griping to another customer about having to work. Then, never even acknowledged us and jumped on her phone instead. Not good. There are other great local shops we can support.

I went a couple of weeks ago to see if they would be interested in any of my Pokémon cards and a classic baseball cards; they weren’t very helpful the person who was opening the store was 15-20 minutes late and not friendly at all. A never asked if I needed help. Was very disappointed. An in all for helping small businesses.

Not wheelchair acsessable at all. Nothing in Village gate square is there is no elevator. I had to be carried upstairs by my partner. Don't put ADA logos on your Google page/website if you're not actually accessible, please.

Terrible experience here. Walked in with some cards from my collection with questions and the lady behind the counter NEVER acknowledged me. No hello, No I will be right with you...nothing. Why have a shop if you don't want to interact with customers who may share a common interest. I wandered around for 5 minutes....left the store. Do not recommend this place at all if you want or need some questions answered or if you want a professional collector.

Terrible experience. Tried to sell my Pokémon cards there and she acted like she didn’t see me and my brother standing out the doorway. She was sitting in there talking to this guy for an extremely long time with his daughter or whatever, and she finally comes out and then immediately goes back inside and locks the door shut with a chain. I go back to try and knock to see if they notice us and she looked at us 3 times and didn’t do anything. Terrible terrible customer service.
