  Not originally from Denver, but I brought in a selection of pretty valuable sports RCs, autos, 1/1 and a 1/5 of various sports, but mostly of past and present Detroit sports players. I had a PSA 9 Tarik Skubal auto with me, the reigning Cy Young winner. Calvin Johnson rookie cards. A stack of Aiden Hutchinson RCs/variants and auto as well. A 1978 Eddie Murray card, among other things. The guy that helped me acted like he’d buy nothing except Denver sports, which seemed pretty odd and rudely dismissive.   Decent shop. It's split in two, one side is more about TCG and Table top gaming and the other side is comics, toys, collectables etc. I liked their card side and picked up some single MTG and a few boosters. It's cool that they offer a 10% discount for military, even on singles. The lady was nice. The other side was cool too see, and lots of selection. My reason for the 4 ⭐ instead of a 5 ⭐ is that the customer service was a bit lacking. More so on the comic side. Also the comics on the wall are a bit higher than current market value.   Chris has been helpful each and every time I have come in. The store is very unique being split into two sections. One side being all things collectible. The other for TCG’s. I have been able to find what I need here and have always been treated well while shopping here.

  Went in today to check on silver Eagles. They were at 62 buy and 120+ sell with spot finishing the day around 83. Just chuckled and left. Was more interested in buying, but not even close on that premium. Stopped in because I jad lunch in the area. Called another shop and they are 10 over and under buy/sell. Way more in line. May be back if my teenage self wants to grab a couple comic books, but that's it. Added 1 extra star because guy in front was nice. Would avoid coming here for coins, but understand the volatility in the market space.

  Was trying to buy one piece for my sealed collection they were telling me they have to cut the plastic before I buy it. It was directly from Bandai. They said to try and stop scalping, but they’re selling it for 200 when it’s gone for 160 so are they trying to stop scalping when they’re scalping themselves? I think if they’re gonna be selling product and cut the plastic off of it that needs to be the right price and not overcharge for it now I have to go to the scalpers just to get it sealed

  I'm a little bit suspicious of comic-book stores that incorporate other kinds of collecting. Perhaps, then, you can imagine my ambivalence about All-C's, where Coins and Cards are right there with Comics on the sign over the front door. All-C's does carry coins (to the left, as you enter) and sports cards (in the back, generally) but happily, the store is mostly about comics. I guess I needn't have felt worried. There's a strong selection of new comics (always a positive) and a lot of long boxes. A whole lot of 'em - some of the shelves for older comics were four long boxes high! That's a re
