  Jon is fantastic. He will ensure you have a positive experience. He does more hosting of events now rather than dealing with the cards directly. But his proper associates (Rob, etc) will evaluate them, guide you, list them to sell and submit them for grading if they're worth it. Whatever you want. They'll take care of it

  Three stars seems about accurate. Cool venue and setup, but every single vendor was, at an absolute minimum, 2-3x above comps. Not sure what the point is of going, I guess to see cards you like and then buy off of eBay. We were definitely disappointed.

  I am adding to this to address the lies the owner felt he had to say in order to save face. Other than 99% of what was said in the reply directly contradicts the text message thread I posted and proves you are lying for whatever reason... How about this. You say I "belittled" you or your staff over the phone. I WILL BET YOU $10,000 THAT THIS IS A LIE AND DID NOT HAPPEN. I SPOKE TO YOUR STAFF A TOTAL OF 36 SECONDS ON THE PHONE. IF YOU CAN PROVIDE ME PHONE RECORDS SHOWING LONGER CALL TIMES TO PROVE YOUR CLAIM YOU WIN. IF NOT YOU WILL OWE ME A PUBLIC APOLOGY FOR THE SLANDER AND $10,000. PUT YO
