  One star is way too much for them! I brought items into their store for Beckett authentication. They passed and were sent for encapsulation. I still haven't gotten my cards. 1.5 years later and American Icon Autographs has not responded to my emails or calls! Eventually, I called Beckett and they said all their orders had been shipped back to them. American Icon Autographs still has not reached out to me and it's been 20 months!! To save anyone the trouble, DO NOT get items authenticated and sent for encapsulation through them.

  I recently sent in a card to get signed and when I got the card back, there were 2 fingerprints right on the signature. This company knew about it but did not say anything about. I messaged them the day I got it back and again 10 days later and they chose not to respond. After a 3rd message and week go by, they replied basically blaming me for the way it turned out. Needless to say I will never give this poor excuse of a company anymore business. Ricardo has poor customer service and is rude.

  Purchased a Joan Rivers signed The Muppets Take Manhattan Lobby Card a few weeks ago. I live reasonably close to the storefront so contacted AIA with an offer slightly lower than its list price, to which the represenatative agreed, for cash payment and local pick-up. Item was well maintained, reps were pleasant to work with, and communication was prompt and efficient. (Thx, AIA, my 22-yr-old niece loved her Xmas gift.)
