  This card shop is 1 of 2 shops with the same name, one in San Diego and one in Poway but the owner is the same. These shops lure in eager card buyers through What Not scams. Their “Character Break” shows are a scam, advertise false promises, and make buyers spend money for worthless cards BUT manipulate the buyer into thinking they won big. Their integrity is poor and only want your money. I DO NOT recommend this shop for any kind of business. There are better card shops out there, and this is by the far the worst. Read the reviews and you’ll see. What a shame.

  Absolutely horrible. I waited about 20 minutes. Every office door open. Not a single person came out to help or even acknowledge a customer. One guy forsure turned around, looked at us and just went right back to work. Too bad, had ALOT of money to make you. Never again

  will use tcg and card ladder to talk you down on the value of your cards but when you do it for their cards they say no n instead list it at highest sold. don't go .

  Did not realize they have a decent collection of Pokemon cards till my son dragged me here. Reasonably priced booster packs considering the market. Glad to have a place to go in Poway!

  Participated in their online breaks. They screwed up who they shipped my orders to; made it better by giving me a $50 credit and then ignored my email about a missing Ohtani rookie card. I don't recommend participating in their breaks and their customer service is just a bunch of bros.
