  Really nice shop, inside and out. I was looking for a spot to get back into D&D and ended up here on a Monday night. The owner made short work of greeting me with major care and charisma, happy to point me in the right direction. There's more than enough room to breathe as you peruse the well organized and diverse selection of Atomic Goblin Games, as well. The D&D session itself was great. I hadn't played in a few years, and not only the DM, but everyone at the table was enthusiastic to help get me back on my tabletop feet. The DM was hard but fair, and easy to get along with.   We went to this store to see the selection of miniatures and painting supplies, which was small compared to other local establishments. We were the only ones in the store and the clerk at the front never looked up from his computer to say hello or smile in our direction. The store is clean and has a good amount of tables setup for group games, so if that is your style, I would check it out. But it would be helpful for staff to acknowledge everyone who walks through the door. It's a small token of consideration but can go a long way.

  We have decided there is better options locally now especially with the consistently negative customer service at your store. Despite your convenient location and selection, my child and I have frequently encountered an unwelcoming atmosphere and sarcastic remarks when purchasing Pokémon products for him.   Very clean and not crowded. Ive been here 2 times One time I just came in got a pack of Magic and left. Next time I browsed a long time. I could spend hours just looking at the board games and books. They have cool decorations like statues. They didn't bother me while I looked around but we're around for questions. I will return for more TTRPG items and books

  The store is kept clean and the interior is thematically cool and cute with dope goblin statues. Our interactions with staff were positive when purchasing board games. My critique of the store is in how they advertise and communicate information about events for those that have never played there before. The lack of any information about a cap on attendance and the ability to preregister for an event led to my girlfriend and I being turned away from a magic prerelease.   It's been a little while but my partner and I went here in June, we should've noticed the absence of something very important before even walking in the door. They're incredibly homophobic, multiple people we spoke to that run the DnD games and long time employees were saying they dont allow same sex couples in games and that they can be siblings instead? (The fact that they dont see that as worse is another problem *sweet home alabama plays*) They've also said they dont play with the "new snowflake rules". As other reviewers have said the lack of women in the store should be a glaring sign!!

  LOL TERRIBLE RETAIL STORE. Staff will blatantly lie based on their own pride. 3 different employees said 3 different stories about not knowing anything whatsoever, claiming owner didnt know if he wanted to buy the allocation a week after release, inventory, and being sold out - all completely different stories. I will be SHOCKED if this survives another year or two. Completely trash LGS. Go to Gamers Nest or Games Ahoy - at least they have integrity and open honesty and communications with their clientelle.
