  This is the best comic shop in Michigan. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and every time I shop I am treated professionally and respectfully. I know everyone that works there by name. I have left a review in the past but today I am commenting because I came across a recent review about “fake” Pokémon cards. This review was made by a former employee who oddly worked the Pokémon counter at one time. He did not make a purchase and just happened to find fake cards when he got home.   I drove a long way to come to this shop, even though there were quite a few bad reviews. My experience was great! There prices were great. There stock of comic book keys was huge. The shop was clean and organized. They were super nice to me and even worked with me on the price. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone!

  I live in Orlando, Florida, and despite having several excellent comic shops locally, none of them had the particular Hot Toys figure I was hunting for.   Truly my favorite employees of any local business. I started bringing my youngest son in here to buy him comics to encourage reading. Since coming to Big Bens my kid is excited to read, and can't wait to be able to go back to get another comic. It's truly been a life saver for a kid with an IEP whos biggest struggle *was* reading. The staff are always so good to us when we come in there, and we've never left without something awesome. Truly appreciate you guys ❤️

  Everytime I go, there is the perfect toy or gift for the occasion. Glad to have this store in the downtown stretch of Allen Park. We are always greeted with a smile and able to ask questions or get help about finding certain comic books or figures. I could spend hours just browsing.   5 amazing stars! I grew up down the street from Big Ben’s and have always absolutely loved this comic bookstore! Now, many years later, I bring my husband and family to Comic Oasis! Their prices are excellent and they have a huge selection. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel like family when I go in! Also, shout out to Gary for being awesome.
