  Such great customer service!! My first time here. There were 4-5 people ahead of me & 1 employee working. He was so helpful & kind to each person without rushing. I wasn't sure what I should purchase for my grandson & he totally recommended the perfect gift. He even went in the back & got me a new box without the sticker price on it. I will absolutely return & highly recommend Bullpen. To the employee who assisted me, I appreciate you so much!!

  Extremely overpriced products. Only seem to follow market values when it benefits them. Flat rates for singles push sales above 900% what the cards are actually worth at other stores and online card sites like TCG player. Been here a couple of times and doesn't seem like it's gunna get any better, definitely not coming back. I recommend you go elsewhere unless you like getting ripped off.

  Everyone else is great, Jose's attitude is terrible. Never fully adresses anything, thinks he's too much and last time I was there he never addressed if he found a card I was looking for so I asked someone else amd they told me they didn't. Everyone else is good Jose needs to go.

  About a year ago I inherited a large MTG collection and had sold about 1/4 of the cards here and there online... Done enough research to know there was value in what was left .. and recently when I found myself in a pinch I went to Bullpen to sell what I could. I had two cards I know together on TCG low price was about $80 but I also understand the shop has to turn a profit too so I wasn't too suspicious of a low offer. The owner went through about 300 cards taking out what he wanted and laid them face down on the counter .. offered me $50 for one pile and $120 for the other. In haste, I ac
