  Edit: gave the shop another chance and came for another tourney. Had a totally different experience. Successfully entered the tournament and had a chill time👌 Spoke with the owner and he was apologetic for the first time. Will be back for other tourneys Signed up successfully for a OPTCG tournament and drove 2 hours to compete in the pre release event. I walked in 13 minutes before the tournament was supposed to start and the shop owner said he already filled my spot from the waitlist, even though the tournament didn't start for over 10 min.   I came for one piece op14 release and had a successful sign up on the app for 6pm. I arrived at 5:37 to check in but the owner ignored me and called a bunch of people up to check in. Afterwards he said sign ups for prerelease is fully booked. He gave my spot up for waitlisted people and I was there on time. Then proceed to be very rude about it saying that’s too bad and I should have came earlier. It seems like the owner have favorites and won’t honor sign ups on bandai.

  As someone that started in the One Piece TCG very recently this shop has helped me both learn the game and grow my collection. The owner is always ready to answer questions I have and I have also heard is very helpful in learning pokemon TCG as well. Great place to get your hands on some TCG
