  Top deck keep is the most reliable card shop in the Inland Empire. I go here on a weekly basis and love the experience. The staff is super friendly and well informed on updates prices in the market, making it really easy to get accurate information on products. I personally appreciate staff members John, Aria, Eric, David, Frank, and manager Jake for always making my Pokemon card experience memorable. It’s more than just a card shop, they’re a family for the TCG community and would gladly chose them to buy and sell cards.

  First time visiting last night, left with some cards I've been looking for, a sick playmat, and some of the best, friendly customer service I've had at a TCG shop. There was an error with my in-store pickup, they immediately fixed the situation on the spot, and quickly pulled my cards. Would make the drive down here again, thanks dudes!

  Auriea, Frank, and Fei are such amazing employees and great with customer service. I’m always treated well by them, and they’re always willing to go out of their way to make my experience great. My friends and I did have some issues with one employee seeming dismissive regarding orders, but he still remained polite and given how busy they were because of Pokemon, I can understand why. Auriea specifically was a huge help not only to me but for others as I witnessed interactions between herself and guests. I always love being at TopDeck Keep, and I drive 45 minutes just to be there.   Yikes, I was hoping all the negative reviews were wrong but this place really is not a friendly local game store. The only reason I would give them 1 star was the volume of stock they have. Tons of magic and Pokemon. Unfortunately EVERYTHING in the store is unlabeled. Not a price shown anywhere, not on sleeves, binders, booster packs, pre-cons, nothing. You have to ask what everything costs and they get annoyed that you ask, and every time try to tell you that its a good price and has been going up.   Most of the negative reviews here are sadly true. And here is mine. Like to read it, here it go. TL;DR They treated me rudely because I am female and they need to defintiely do better. They do have some good inventory, but prices are not shown. My husband and I found this shop through TCG Player as we have bought single FFTCG cards from them online and decided to go to their physical shop. Welp, never again I say. The first two times we went we were treated rudely for asking the prices of things that weren't labeled with a price, but I just thought that maybe it was me being biased. The las
