The reviews on here are WILD! My husband and I have been coming in here for years and never once had a bad experience. Employees are always nice and ready to help when we are ready. Sometimes its busier than others and we do have to wait, but that is understandable. We just did our first trade in tonight and we had a very pleasant experience and we got what we were hoping for our pokemon cards. Thank you Game Heroes!

First and last time ever going there I bought a couple tins, 3 single packs, and some Charmander card pack and was charged like $165??? There's no way it should have been that much way overpriced. I don't even understand how a business like this could even be open still with all the constant negative reviews and instead of making changes and trying to be better they get argumentive over people's reviews very professional best advice go anywhere but here I should have just left wasn't even worth it anyway

I can’t recommend Game Hero enough! It’s rare to find a shop that balances such a huge inventory with a welcoming, local-shop feel. • The Cards: Incredible variety of TCGs (Magic, Pokémon, etc.) and a really solid selection of sports cards. • The Supplies: They carry a full stock of protectors and storage gear to keep your cards in mint condition. • The Vibe: The staff is wonderful. They’re happy to help beginners and veteran collectors alike without any ego. If you’re looking for a great selection and a team that actually cares about the hobby, this is your place.

Probably won’t be in again unfortunately dude in a black hoodie is rude and bash they have a solid MTG collection but with their prices I’d go online. I recommend driving a bit further to box buster sports cards as they will have friendly service and it doesn’t feel like you’re a burden when you’re just looking.

Love Game Heroes! They make it so easy to be a Magic player. Let’s say I wake up Friday morning and I want to build a deck to play that night. I can send my deck list to them and they’ll have it ready for me same-day, sometimes even within an hour. I’m always surprised at how convenient it is. I’ve almost completely cut off online marketplaces and the weeks of waiting it takes to get cards.

(Posted a review before and it was taken down probably by owner) "Game Scalpers" staff really doesn't seem care about you, often they seem very bothered to help. Went in to buy Gundam boosters once, they were selling for 100% over MSRP value. They only care about getting your money and mark up everything. This store is a good example of why card games are hard to get into, and how they stiffle the caed playing community by price gouging.

The only cool part about this shop is that you can order a lot of singles and they have the inventory for it most of the time with same-day turnaround. You do not get to choose the condition of the cards you receive or the particular set it comes from, but there is a benefit of 1 free draft pack per $25 spent. While I really want to like this place, I just can’t get past my strange experiences with staff and the price mark-ups on new products. I am often met with attitude from some staff and it’s confusing why that is the case when I’ve done nothing to warrant rudeness. Additionally, they reg
