  First time using DSG and will again fairly soon. My son and I went to a card show in Burlingame in early January 2026 to get him some nice starter Pokémon cards for his collection, we picked up the Pikachu Zenith for $30, his first deal, I just grabbed the Jordan for $10 since it was in good condition. We used the onsite kiosk to get the cards graded since we’ve never done that before, staff was nice and informative. We received them in about 12 days and got great grades, the cards are worth much more now and the process was simple and efficient. I might even drop cards off if that’s an option

  Thank you all at DSG!!! Absolutely phenomenal!!! Slabs are immaculate. They are airtight, nearly indestructible, as well as infused with uv resistance. The .5 system means, a more accurate grading assessment. It uses professional human and computer algorithms to help assess the grading process.   My experience with DSG was great. I sent in my Pokémon card and I got it back about 3 weeks later! Faster than what their standard time is listed at. Their customer support was great. I emailed at midnight once, and got a response just 5 minutes later! I emailed them a couple other times and they always responded within a reasonable amount of time. Their grading process/algorithm is pretty cool. It shows you exactly why your card got the grade it got. The custom label and encapsulation looks amazing.   I had a great experience with DSG. I found them after picking up one of their slabs in a trade. The slabs are very nice,look great and definitely feel more durable and heavy duty than my PSA slabs. I love the grading reports that break down why your card graded the way it did. Their service was prompt and my cards were graded and shipped back to me in the exact time frame promised(10 buisness days). I hope they gain some much deserved recognition in the hobby. I will definitely use DSG again for my grading needs in the future.

  I just visited PSA, Beckett, and DSG at Long Beach Collect-a-con the past 2 days, and DSG was WAY more personable, knowledgeable, and professional than the others. My wife asked what the difference between PSA and DSG was, and they replied, " DSG cases use polycarbonate and are much stronger than the acrylic cases used in PSA." Diamond Service Grading has my vote all around. We will see how the grades come back and how long it takes compared to PSA ( I submitted cards with both PSA and DSG). Edit: I got the cards back from DSG in 2 weeks, I got cards back from PSA in 3.5 months.

  I love this grading company! DSG has such accurate card grading and is the fastest card grading service I know. All of my cards that I’ve gotten graded there have always come back within just a week or two. DSG also has amazing customer service and you can always trust their team with your cards!

  I went there to get my cards graded and they were nice, pleasant , social & helpful. I left them there and came back to get them. He said” you’ll like their grades!” I said” I hope so!” “ You will!” I said “ Super” When he showed me I was like “ 😱what!” Cause these are my first cards that I’ve ever gotten grade!” We’ve talked about the game and I gotten them it was nice and fun.

  I love DSG. After dealing with PSA, SGC and others, I can say that DSG is my favorite. Submission is easy and no upcharge! Please don’t change that. I had to pay $250 to grade a card at SGC. Diamond is very accurate and just as if not more accurate than the “leaders” in the industry. I also LOVE the report with the card as opposed to just accepting what they say with no reason. I really hope a DSG GM10 is the same as a PSA/SGC/Beckett very soon because I personally think they are better. Still hoping for a 10 from them! My best is a 9.5 -James (happy customer)
