  Kinda felt like a criminal after going here, I'm always as upfront and honest as possible. I was given some cards that someone got from a garage sale and I sorted out the ones that priced $5+ and brought them in, I did know that 2 of my cards were fake (all gold) and told him that upfront I just wanted the rest checked and potentially priced. Because I had those two golds he no longer wanted to work with me even though I just wanted to make sure I didn't have any more fakes I even folded up the golds and said he could toss em but he went to the phone instead.   This is another treasure in the Grand Haven area. I had a good discussion of the State of Pokemon. People speculate in Pokemon as a commodity, which I find very interesting. My previous experience was from 2006. Emmett's summary should be published. Turns out my favorite Pokemon, Muk, does not have a lot of fans. Who knew? Fun day!

  Came in on 11/01/25 at about 12:50 I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name. He was knowledgeable, kind, good sense of humor. The guy working had so much passion it was coming out of his ears. As being a OG card player getting back into it is a little rough and I could sense the enjoyment he got from teaching me all the new things, what’s good/bad. Amazing experience and I even spent a little more just because he was a great guy. Not sure what he makes but HE DESERVES A RAISE.

  I use to go here all the time, in fact I have some points I never used…. They were decently priced, Noah and Alex were always friendly, just a good vibe overall! Now it’s more like a chain… they tried to sell me a lorwyn bundle for 85$!! lol I will be going to draw7 from now on!!

  They have drastically reduced the board game selection and I didn't see any Tabletop RPG supplies anymore either. It looks like it is all CCGs, collectible toys, and Warhammer. I get it, that's what's hot right now, but you are for sure alienating other customers. I want to come browse and look for new games to play, or come in and check out someone demoing board games. That's how I decide if I want to buy something. Unfortunately, I think I'll have to go back to YouTube videos and buying online.

  Amazing customer service and lots of great products! They stock their shelves with such care, and everything is displayed so nicely! They really specialize in Japanese collectibles, toys, and even Models that you can put together yourself. If you're in to match it together, this is definitely the place for you! We have a good group of people and we even order pizza most of the time! I highly recommend this place to everyone. It's brand new and you should really check it out.
