  Was going to refrain from posting this, but reading the other reviews i guess im not understanding. 1st time I ever went there (recommended by a family member. I open, and collect pokemon, and I play magic) i go in to buy an etb, and from the very beginning I felt not welcomed. I did have my cousin go with me so I could get 2 etbs, and they werent very happy about that, probably thought I was trying to scalp so I just let it go. Fast forward to today, I went in looking for the legend of kyoshi magic card, and again from the beginning felt not welcomed. Nobody said a word to me, went up to the

  Nice little store with a decent selection of games and accessories. The sales clerk went above and beyond and sold us the game we were looking for, directly from their game rental library since they didnt have a copy on the shelf. It was brand new and never used and they said they could just order a new game as a replacement. This way we could leave with what we were looking for.

  Man.. the customer service is awful. I’ve been in the store a few times and each time I go I ask myself why I keep going.. The same worker is there when I go in and if you don’t say anything to him he’ll NEVER ask if you need help. I’ve looked at the cards in the casing and the back wall product for 10 minutes and he never asked if I needed help. They price like GameStop and have terrible attitudes.

  So fun to visit the shop and drop in for a game of Pokemon TCG. I love the variety of games and the loose cards for sale in the case. It's fun to look at all the wonderful artwork.
