  Usually like this store, but I drove to the mall specifically to go here today for a gift I really needed and they were closed, despite the hours saying they’re open online. No signage posted. I tried to wait 15-20 minutes and still no one showed up. Still one of the better gaming stores so I decided to change it to 5 stars. This was not my usual experience here

  Great gaming experience. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and always willing to help. All kinds of fun events make this an exceptional store. I have spent many hours at paint night. Fellow painters are friendly, accepting and funny. I have also played both Warhammer 40K and Age of Sigmar here. Many people come over to say hello and ask questions. The staff has always been incredibly supportive. The selection of paints and Warhammer figures is second to none in the Buffalo area. Stop in and see for yourself!

  I’m extremely disappointed in how my child was treated at this store — a place he used to love. He was accused of stealing a bottle of paint, but the item in question was his own, brought from home. There was security footage showing him putting the paint in his pocket, but no one took the time to ask questions or clarify before banning him from the store. Instead of approaching this with care or even basic fairness, the staff jumped to conclusions and treated my child as if he were guilty — no conversation, no consideration, no apology.   Have been a customer for months at this point. I am a consistent draft player, and have always had a positive time with staff. Everybody on the team is very friendly, and open to helping, giving advice, and overall pleasant to talk to. I love the community overall, and I definitely recommend coming to this store whether it’s to buy products, meet other players, or just for events.

  Very nice layout and inventory of boardgames, card games, and Warhammer, however, the prices online do not match the price in store. I know it is just a $10 difference, but not adhering to your online prices is a direct violation of NYS law.

  I generally enjoy this card shop. In the past I have asked if they will honor market price. They always say they stay to MSRP. That is perfectly fine. In the case of Pokemon today they said they are doing market price(well over msrp). They said this is in order to prevent scalpers. Yet if you are getting cards at your vendor price(less then msrp) and selling them at market(well over msrp). That is effectively scalping. So I will be listing you on my site at a scalp price card dealer. In the past I always appreciated checking in here seeing it stay true to its foundation.
