Large game shop, wheelchair accessible and family oriented. Can be a touch loud but clean and organized. Lots of seating to play games and participate in events. Free games to try with friends, snacks and drinks for sale. We came for an MTG torment and have no issues, the staff was kind. For me it was awesome to see two clean bathrooms with feminine products, a changing table and lots of space.

Super friendly staff, tons of events, huge wall of games you can try out, outstanding selection of tabletop games and accessories, reasonably priced drinks, comfortable play areas (there's 2, and they're both big enough to support a large event without feeling cramped), well ventilated. Are there minor anesthetic changes I would make to give the place a little more character or make it feel slightly more cozy? Sure, but aside from minor personal preferences, you really could not ask for a better game shop.

A True Community Hub and Gamer's Paradise! (5/5 Stars) I can't say enough good things about Guardian Games!!! It’s easily the best LGS I've visited in the area, and it feels less like a retail shop and more like a true community hub. The staff: backbone of this place—friendly, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable about every corner of gaming. The selection is massive and meticulously organized. I went in for MTG, and whether you're hunting for singles, the latest bundle, or a hard-to-find set, you’ll likely find it here. Beyond the inventory, the dedicated play space is always clean, w

This is hands down the greatest local game store I've ever been to. The selection inside is mind blowing and extremely well organized. They had very rare games that were hard to find even online. The staff was extraordinarily welcoming and helpful giving many recommendations with detailed descriptions of each game and how they work, it was very clear the man I was talking to knew all about board games. I didn't have a chance to play anything from their expansive game wall or magic in their huge playing area. They seemed to also sell alcohol which is a huge bonus for some people. Overall this l

Very pleasant, roomy environment. Snacks, drinks, and even beer available. Excellent selection items, especially if you're into board games or CCGs. Nice focused displays dedicated to local designers.

Great place for any games you may need. The staff are extremely helpful when prompted with just a few ideas, returning with multiple games that you can choose from asking with a synopsis of the game! Alex, who helped me, was phenomenal! There's a selection of "small" games, averaging about 20-25$ and they range up to $2-300. As an aside, they few one of the cleanest restrooms I've seen, with complimentary amenities. Would recommend.

Excellent selection of games!! They even have some demos available to try all throughout the store! They’ve got new, old, common and rare games. And a whole section for local designers. Hard to get to from right off the exit (gotta go immediately 3 lanes to the right) but other than that, great space and location near other things like smiths tea and Portland night market. Parking lot available but if full, street parking available nearby.

We have never been to such a cool game store before. The amount of games you could try out was cool. Lots of tables to play at. Awesome selection and local makers too. The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and super engaged with customers.
