  My first visit here was great, fast and simple repair on my Xbox Series 2 Elite controller. I needed my bumpers fixed and it was an overnight pick up next day. Then came the second repair - was having some stick drift and wanted to swap for hall effect sticks. They stated things would take some time while they had to order the hall effect components. I didn't mind waiting as I was needing this to be done. 3 weeks in the shop I get a call to come pick it up, drove over...and it was for someone else named Nick, not me.   My favorite and in my opinion the best TCG shop in all of Portland! The inventory isn’t always SUPER full however I find HEAT every single time I go. Only place that does over the counter trades and bulk boxes. 10/10 will be spending tons of money here.

  Good inventory of retro games, 40k, some used board games, and various collectables. Also a TCG card room with Magic, Pokemon and One Piece. Tons of Magic bulk boxes to check out. Not much Pokemon sealed product but plenty of Pokemon bulk and singles binders to check out. Some of the friendliest staff in town! You can park in their small lot for free but frequently full.

  Lucas was a great host and really helped me and my girlfriend learn about the One Piece card game. I had a question about a ruling and he came over and explained it cleverly and even taught me a little something after the game I can’t reveal here. Loved going and loved the shop! See ya again TOTL!
