  Ran into the shop when Bricnomicon was here in Knoxville in October. I saw a Gameboy Color that I've been looking for on eBay, Amazon, and other shops. The Guys at Phoenix made the purchase super simple and even taught me how to use eBay to comp prices. The Gameboy was for my 5 year old on his bday and let me say Pokemon red booting up when he wants to play takes me back. Thanks guys for all you did!

  I did a event for Sam at the old store and accidentally received a system that did not work properly. I ran into Sam 2 years later and told him about the situation and he absolutely 100 percent made it right immediately without hesitation.
