  LET’S RIP! Opened a great amount of cards and a few cool ones to remember! Spending all your money for a great time pulling cards, can’t beat it. Great staff and easy to work with! Pretty decent selection of cards and memorabilia but had a VAST selection of boxes to open. Would recommend to stop by if your around and love the hobby!

  I've visited The Dugout a few times over the years, and it has always been a great experience. The selection of cards is fantastic, and the staff really know their stuff. Given that it's in a tourist area, it can get busy, and the prices are fair for the location. My son and I recently started a new collection, and we felt extremely comfortable with the honesty and knowledge of the owner and staff. Despite a few negative reviews about customer service, our experience was fantastic, even though we visited right at closing time which is typically the timeframe you don't receive great customer se

  Prices are waaaaaay high on singles, like 3-5x higher than eBay. I asked to look through a box of vintage behind the counter & was told I can’t flip through those boxes??????? What? I guess he doesn’t want to sell me any cards. I was told there was vintage in the display case, I already looked through those & know that they’re overpriced. Staff was not friendly or helpful. So we left 2 overpriced card shops in the area without buying a thing. I guess we’ll go back home & spend it at our LCS or on Hobby Twitter or eBay.

  My favorite card shop to go to. I come all the way from Kingsport to buy from him. Being a nascar fan its hard to find the premium products like prime or national treasures and he always seems to have them. Saw a review accusing him of resealing some pokemon cards and i can promise you thats definitely false. My very first time in he was talking about people weighing packs and he assured me that none of that goes on there. They are honest people. I can speak from experience because I pulled a 500 dollar 1 of 1 sponsor patch card. Great place!
