DO NOT USE!!! I have a pre order with them for the saw pops in may that dropped back in September. Still no word on my order if or when they will come in in an email I sent them back in October I just basically got you’ll get it when you can with still no information. I will say customer service is ok… they were decent at responding… still questioning if it is a real company… as this is the 1st time I’ve ordered from them… but I do know never again getting my pops or not. Yaaaay for trying to do Christmas 7 months in advance.

This shop used to be great for collectors but as of late it seems like they just leave you on hold. I’ve place and order almost 2 YEARS ago and still have not received my item I’ve contacted them multiple times and everytime I’ve been told that it’ll be sent in 2 months or in the summer. And I understand that when it comes to preorders the date may change but when I can see other reliable vendors get the item and send them out no problem it becomes frustrating. I’d put zero stars if it was an option. It has been a year and a half since I purchased a pre order and I still have not received my order. The funko pops have been released for over a year and the estimated shipping date just keeps getting pushed out. I haven’t bothered trying to get a refund since they have a cancellation fee and it sounds like others have struggled to get a refund. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will be buying the Funko pop I wanted through eBay since I feel like the one I ordered though the mighty hobby shop will never arrive.

Extremely bad customer service. Pre-ordered items in November 2024. I emailed over 10 times and every time their response was still waiting to receive items. I finally asked to cancel my order in November 2025 and they said they would send me what they had in stock and refund the remainder. They said they were sending 5 items, only sent 4 to me and never refunded me. Also never responded to my emails regarding the status of my missing item and refund.

* UPDATE* The funkos they sent are in terrible condition. These people can’t be real. Awful customer service for orders I’ve been waiting on over a year. Should be ashamed saying they are about customers. Waited over a year for funkos. I went to cancel my order because you can buy those anywhere now. They charged us for cancellation and are sending available pops. We made it clear we want full refund and we don’t want the funkos. *. Edit, it’s now May 20, 2025 and still have not heard from this garbage company. I’m convinced they are paying for the 5 star reviews.

They don't pick up the phone or their number isn't correct on Google. I called to check if a TCG event was happening, but got no answer. After driving over to attend, I was told the event was not happening on the day advertised, and it was already sold out anyway. Months later, I'm trying to call to check on a different event, but the call disconnects immediately every time. I'm not wasting my time driving to this store to get info that could easily be confirmed in a ten second phone call.

Pre-ordered an item May 7th 2024 (18 months ago). I've seen in other reviews over a year ago ppl received this item (they posted pictures). I've emailed multiple time to their support and directly to Julio and no response at all. Their website says they hit you with a fee for canceling a pre-order. At this point, I'll never attempt a purchase from this store again. UPDATE: I did receive my item after the review response. Unfortunately, the pre-order and support ticket process seems to be flawed here. It shouldnt take leaving a bad review to get resolution. Multiple emails went unanswer
