  Visited yesterday for the first time, and I couldn't have had a better experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the dog is adorable and their prices/trade ins are extremely fair (based on market.) I love a shop that is willing to broker deals/trades, and they do it right. Everyone in the building is having a nice time, and that feels rare nowadays. Sidenote: I had a large amount of my personal collection of cards stolen from me a few years ago and am just now getting back into the hobby. I couldn't have felt a warmer welcome back. I was able to replace a card I used to cherish and

  I’m visiting from California and wandered over to Gamers Library and ended up having the best time with the staff there! Not only do they have awesome cards. They’re very fair and give good deals. The owner Andrew was so nice and very knowledgeable and helped explain all the things I don’t understand about buying cards. Riley was super helpful as well and held my hand through the process of paying for so many cards (O.o) I highly recommend giving the place a visit. They have everything you need and more! I hope I’ll be able to come back and visit one day!

  I make it a point to visit local card shops whenever I travel. They did not disappoint! Super friendly staff. Prices are very fair and decent.   This is an excellent LGS with knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have packs, boxes, and singles of Magic cards as well as Pokémon cards. They will price match on current value for singles. They also have an extensive collection of board and card games. If you are in downtown madison and love trading card games and/or board games this is a must visit.   What a delightful game store in downtown Madison! I stopped by on a busy evening and I was warmly greeted by owner Andrew, who is friendly, kind, and truly knowledgeable about games, and gorgeous Bella, the resident shop dog. I really loved the warm atmosphere of the space, the extensive and up-to-date game selection, and the delightful company of all the patrons. Gamer's Library lives up to its name, as it offers spaces to try out demo games that are free of charge and can serve as a lovely alternative to a night out at the bar.   Gamer's Library is by far my favorite place to come for my cards and games. The environment is warm and welcoming with lots of games to trial. They have a gentle great dane, bella. Stop by and say hi to her or give her a treat! They often host events for many different games so there is always something for someone.   Gamer’s Library is definitely my first choice for Magic: the Gathering in Madison. The location in downtown is perfect and their events are top notch. I usually am in town for work, and on this instance, I had work interruptions. The staff made it happen for me to leave and return for the events. On two nights. That and answering every little question I had to the fullest. I cannot compliment their customer service enough!
